  • How do I access the program?
    Once you've signed up through my website, you'll be directed to choose the program that best suits you, once chosen, you will be prompted to download the JD PT app and be able to log into your account.
  • How long does the program last?
    The program is subscription based and will continue until you cancel, this helps build consistency and ensures you continue to make great progress. You will get a new training phase every 4 weeks.
  • Who is the program for? Beginners or advanced?
    Both! There is a beginner option for those that are new to, or have been going to the gym for less than 12 months. The program is designed so both beginners and those that have been going to the gym for a while but may have plateaued can get in the best shape they've ever been.
  • Can I swap programs if my goals or commitments change?
    Yes, you can modify the weekly schedule to fit your lifestyle or switch to a different program by emailing jordan@jd-pt.co.uk
  • What if I can't do an exercise?
    If there's any exercise you can't do, whether it's down to an injury or not having the equipment needed, an alternative exercise will be given.
  • Will I be given a meal plan?
    We use a habit based nutrition coaching strategy that educates you and builds lifelong habits so you actually achieve the results you want and are able to sustain them, so you continue to make progress long term.
  • Why is it a subscription and not a one off program?
    A subscription based program means we can go through full and proper building phases, and continue to make great progress. You'll also get ongoing support with me throughout the program.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    If you have to cancel for whatever reason, send me an email with at least 7 days notice.
  • I have a specific question, how can I get this answered?
