ABOUT ME

I know what impact transforming yourself can have on your life. In the past I've struggled to gain muscle, lacked confidence and found it difficult to make any progress. I have been exactly where you currently are, that’s why I'm so passionate in helping you make the progress you desire.

I started coaching in the British Army as an Physical Training Instructor. After 10 years in the Army, I left in January 2019 and began personal training in London where I have further developed my skills.

Through spending years working with clients, researching methods and completing a BSc Sport & Exercise Degree, I follow proven methods with a no bullshit approach to training and nutrition.

Through informative & educational methods you will learn how to get the best possible results and make them part of your life.

I am very grateful to Jordan for supporting me in achieving my goals. My target was to lose 5 kg over 2 months whilst maintaining muscle in preparation for fitting into a wedding suit. This was also partly during cricket season for which I needed to fuel to maintain performance.
